Are daily challenges getting you down?

Has life become too difficult?

Does there seem to be no answers to your situations – much less the worlds?

You are full of fear, anxiety and many deep hurts! Is there ANYONE who cares???

We have good news for you!

There IS Someone who cares – AND also knows how to give YOU HOPE!

In fact He’s the same Person who knew you before you were conceived and planned the purpose for your life. And it was all good!

Let me introduce you to Jesus Christ of Nazareth!!

Jesus Christ is the man who IS God and the God who became man! You are His creation and of extreme value in His sight. He loved you so much, He DIED for you. When He arose from that grave, He made it possible for you to have a new lease on life. And He left all the instructions we ever needed to live that life, in a book called the Bible, also known as the Holy Scriptures.

Since Jesus Christ, as God, knows all about YOU, and as man He has experienced all you are experiencing, this website will be offering His answers to your emotional, spiritual and physical needs. These answers will be found in the Bible. We suggest you study them in the order listed or at least as far down as Hope For Your Challenges. This will give you a good foundation before working on your specific challenge.

But before starting on these lessons, it’s extremely important for you to be willing to accept Jesus Christ as the authority for your answers. This means He would be your Savior, saving you from self-destruction and the penalty of sin which is eternal death. He would also be your Lord, the Person you look to for direction and advice.

If you’ve never done this, or if you’ve broken your fellowship with Him, let’s look at what He told us about your situation in the Bible.

  1. God loves you! Notice what He says: "God showed how much He loved us by sending His only Son into this wicked world to bring to us eternal life through His death. In this act we see what real love is: it is not our love for God, but His love for us when He sent His Son to satisfy God’s anger against our sins." (1 John 4:9-10; Life Application Bible)

Note that God’s anger is against our sins, NOT against us!!

  2. Your sins and unbelief have separated you from God. "God did not send His Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it. There is no eternal doom awaiting those who trust Him to save them. But those who don’t trust Him have already been tried and condemned for not believing in the only Son of God. Their sentence is based on this fact: that the Light from heaven came into the world, but they loved the darkness more than the Light, for their deeds were evil. They hated the heavenly Light because they wanted to sin in the darkness. They stayed away from that Light for fear their sins would be exposed and they would be punished." (John 3:17-20, LAB)

  3. God’s ONLY remedy for YOUR sin was the death of His Son, who took our punishment for us. "But He was wounded and bruised for our sins, He was beaten that we might have peace; He was lashed – and we were healed! We – every one of us – have strayed away like sheep! We, who left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet God laid on him the guilt and sins of every one of us! (Isaiah 53:5-6, LAB)

  4. God’s plan is to give you hope and a future. "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11, LAB)

  5. To receive this hope, You must personally accept Jesus Christ as your Savior AND your Lord. "For it is by believing in his heart that a man becomes right with God; and with his mouth he tells others of his faith, confirming his salvation. …anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:10, 13, LAB) If you believe in your heart and speak with your mouth that Christ is the Lord of your life, you will be saved.

If you desire to invite Jesus Christ into your life as your Savior and Lord, will you let Him know right now by praying the following prayer?

"Heavenly Father,

I praise You for Your patience and love for me. I confess that I am by nature a sinner. I choose to repent of the sins which have controlled my life and I reject the dominion of sin over me. I choose Jesus Christ as my Savior and I want to be fully Your child. I also choose of my own free will the rightful claim for Jesus Christ to be the Lord of my life. I believe that the power of the Lord Jesus Christ is able to give me complete freedom and deliverance from all my sins. I claim that freedom and deliverance now and praise You in Jesus’ precious Name. Amen."

Now that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior AND your Lord, you belong to His family. The Bible tells us that when you accept God’s salvation gift through His Son, Jesus Christ, you are a new person. When someone says you are "in Christ", it means you have accepted Him as your God and are allowing Him to make you into that new person. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" So right now…it’s important to remember ten identifying marks of your new life:

You have been bought with a price. You belong to God.
1 Corinthians 6:19, 20
